Note: Operator has added a sliding door display cooler for beverages (located across POS) since the last inspection. No objections at this time.

- Handsinks are accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Coolers are maintaining acceptable temperatures (≤4C).
- Freezers are maintaining acceptable temperatures ≤-18C).
- Hot Holding Units (Heat Lamps, Steam Table, Combi Oven) are maintaining hot potentially hazardous foods >60C.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Food is protected from contamination.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer solution.
- Manual warewashing and sanitizing method reviewed. Correct 3-compartment sink set-up observed.
- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.
- No pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Valid Permit to Operate posted.
