Routine inspection:

Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
100ppm bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
Dishwasher registers 74 degrees C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
Preparation cooler inserts at or below 4 degrees C. Lower section at 1 degrees C.
Sliding glass door coolers (2) at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright freezer at -15 to -18 degrees C.
Hot holding above 60 degrees C.
Rice observed just starting to cool in container at back of premise. To facilitate cooling use shallower containers, trays, fans, etc. Cool from 60 to 20 degrees C in 2 hours and then from 20 to 4 degrees C in 4 hours.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C.
Screen door in place at back door.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
Permit posted in plain view of the public.
