Observation: Gap at the bottom of the back door of kitchen. This can allow entry of pests into the facility.

Corrective Action(s): Manager said parts are being ordered and waiting for repair. Until the cooler has been repaired, continue to store food in the other prep cooler. Contact health inspector once it has been repaired.

Routine Inspection Conducted:
- Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels
- Prep coolers & walk in cooler at 4C>
- Freezers at -18C>
- QUATS Sanitizer spray bottles and buckets at 200ppm
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine
- Food stored 6in off ground, covered with lids, and date stamped
- No pest activity observed during inspection. Monthly visits from pest control company
- Health Permit posted in visible location. New decal posted (exp 2022)
