3-compartment sink - satisfactory (strainers & sink stoppers - available). A wall-mounted rack above the 2-compartment sink for clean utensils installed now. Pending item: Permit Fee in the amount of 100 $ to Fraser Health. Health Approval is granted. Conditional/ subject of the pending item. Be inform that this approval does not exempt approvals required by other agencies (such as City of Surrey). Friendly Reminder: - As soon as you received the Permit to Operate - It must be posted in a conspicuous location in the store as per the Food Regulation s.8(7). Note: Be aware that a fee is applicable if the Permit to Operate has to be replaced. - FoodSafe Certificate has expiry day. Therefore, prior to that day a refresh course has to be taken (on line or in a class). Note:Ensure that in operator's absence, at list one staff member on site has FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent as per the Food Regulation s. 10(2).
