Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mixed bucket of utensils for hot food service found with both dirty and clean tools next to the oven
Corrective Action(s): 1) Keep clean and dirty tools separate
2) Dirty tools are to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at least every 4hrs. There must be system in place to regulate this (timers work well).
3) Keep dirty tools in a separate container that is also fully clean at minimum every 4hrs.

Hot held food in case >60C with exception of pizza on bottom most rack. Pizza is on a one hour timer system. OK
