Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed 0ppm chlorine residual in the chemical dishwasher. Operator mentioned that there has been issues for 2 days. After priming, chemical dishwasher had 100ppm chlorine residual. The dishwasher was serviced by technician during the inspection (corrected during inspection)
- Ensure dishwasher has 50ppm chlorine residual at all times. Test daily with test strips.
