Follow-up inspection conducted to the routine from January 6, 2020. The following was noted:
Rodent droppings removed underneath the "cage" near the front of the facility, underneath the shelving with the yellow sticker at the side of the warehouse, and underneath general shelving
QA Technician has sent an email indicating that the establishment has ceased the repackaging of goods and that an updated floor plan will be provided
Operator has contracted the professional pest control company to seal the gap underneath the receiving door #2 (left side), as well as the installation of the floor sweeps located at the receiving doors. Provide an update to the covering Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health once this has been completed
Professional pest control company arrives on a weekly basis
Floor plan is pending and must be submitted. Ensure to include dimensions, general layout (shelving of facility, entrances, exits), location of coolers, freezers, receiving doors. |
