- Sanitizer solution is available at front and back and chlorine residual concentration is measured at 100ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 71C during final rinse cycle. NOTE: Check dishwasher rinse temperature on regular basis and ensure at the temperature on the gauge reaches 82C.
