- No signs of pests.
- Three compartment sink and two compartment sink available
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE

Note:
- Discussed with floor manager on cleaning frequency of the racks -> Monthly pressure wash
- Noted that areas of the back of big equipment (proofer, mixers) need to be regularly cleaned.
- Bleach now available, measuring 100ppm bleach water
>>> Went over how to mix bleach water. 1tsp bleach to 2L of water for buckets. 3/4 cups of bleach for a full sink of water.
- Please acquire bleach test strips. Bleach water needs to measure 100-200ppm chlorine.
