Report of Findings
Licensing received a complaint on April 03, 2023, regarding care and supervision. The following details were provided:

- A staff person's qualifications do not meet the requirements of Schedule E.
- Staff person has come from another centre and staffing exemption is expired.
- Facility is not following the staffing requirements as outlined in Schedule E.

All areas of the complaint were fully investigated. Evidence was obtained through interviews and observations. Licensing determined the following contravention:
- Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) Section 34 (2) (b) Group sizes and employee to children ratios.

Observation: The Manager confirmed that a Responsible Adult is currently working in a Toddler Program and the staffing exemption is for another centre.
