Observation: Two bleach sanitizing spray bottles were measured with no concentrations of bleach detected.
Corrective Action(s): Operator discarded and refilled the bottles with 200 ppm bleach sanitizer. Ensure food surface sanitizer is readily available at all times during operation.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front hand washing station did not provide any liquid hand soap. The soap dispenser was empty at the time.
Corrective Action(s): Operator refilled the soap dispenser with liquid hand soap.

Observation: High temperature dishwasher unable to reach a minimum of 71C at the plate level. Operator stated dishwasher was not used most of time and would like to remove it from the premise. 3 compartment sink currently available on site.
Corrective Action(s): Service the dishwasher or submit a floor plan to the Environmental Health Officer for approval for the removal of dishwasher. Correct by: March 26, 2024.
