Observation: QUATS sanitizer was measured at 0 ppm from both dispensers at the time of inspection using the test strips of the EHO and staff. They are expecting both dispensers to be calibrated by the technician again this week.
Corrective Action(s): Re-service/repair/adjust the dispensers so that they are able to dispense at least 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer; Correct within 2 weeks. Please contact the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health for a follow up inspection once the dispensers are able to dispense 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer.
.
In the meanwhile, continue manual dilution to setup 200 ppm QUATS in the spray bottles. Continue with regular monitoring of the sanitizer concentration using the QUATs test strips.
