Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Left over food debris observed on onion cutter.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the onion cutter. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized after use. Do not leave any equipment dirty until the next time it is to be used.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Bulk food scoops/bowls were stored inside bulk food containers. The scoops/bowls were in direct contact with the bulk food.
2. A tub of ice cream in the chest freezer did not have a lid.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove all bulk food scoops/bowls from the containers. Clean and sanitize the scoops/bowls and store them in their own clean container.
2. Cover the tub of ice cream with a lid.

Observation: Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were labelled "glass cleaner" and "Quat sanitizer".
Corrective Action(s): Label all bleach sanitizer spray bottles as "bleach sanitizer" to avoid potential contamination of food and misuse of cleaning agents.

- Coolers (walk-in, stand-up) at < or = 4C
- Freezers (walk-in, chests) at < or = -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 73.3C at the plate level.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available in spray bottles
- Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner.
- No signs of pests observed during inspection. Keep pest control reports on site and send a copy of the most recent report to the health inspector
- Operator is certified in FOODSAFE Level 1. Keep all staff FOODSAFE certificates on site.
- Premise is well lit
- Washrooms are equipped with adequate hand washing stations
