Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: Dishwasher not turned on - advised by staff it is not working. Additionally, the temporary 2 compartment sink method of dishwashing was not properly followed. Staff only spraying off food debris prior to inserting dishes in sanitizer sink. Only one sink stopper that fits sink available on-site.
Correction: A) Immediately obtain a second sink stopper that fits the sink and follow 2 sink method for dishwashing as indicated by signage on wall (additional sign provided). Send picture of replacement stopper.
B) Repair dishwasher and ensure it is operating with all chemicals and achieving proper water temperatures according to manufacturers directions or standard operating procedures for unit. This will be reviewed on inspection date noted on report.

Note: Freezer drip fixed. Accumulation of ice removed.
