Fridges in the back has been cleaned and boxes of food are mostly stored off the ground, using existing shelving units. Discussed with staff onsite to try and store food off the floor. Handsink unblocked at time of inspection but remind all staff - recommend using a sign over handsink. Spill in undercounter fridge has been removed but some more food debris noted - to be cleaned. Spill outside of ice machine also removed. Mop sink has not been repaired as water was leaking from pipe when faucet is turned on. -> informed staff not to use this mop sink but this mop sink must be repaired asap for use.
