A routine inspection was completed:
- Drink walk-in-cooler 3C; milk dispensing cooler 4C; prepackaged sandwich colder 4C; condiment cooler 4C; ice freezer -19C; prepackaged ice cream freezer -23C; u/c freezers -17C or colder; cheese and chili dipenser holding units 60C or hotter; hot dog and taquitoes hot holding unit 60C; thermometers present; and temps electronically recorded daily.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles and for 3-comp ware washing had strength of 200ppm.
- All food stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins separate from RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on platforms, shelves or racks.
- Non-food items (toiletries, stationary, pet food, car accessories, etc.) stored separate and away from food items.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Sanitation level being maintained around and under the coffee bar and drink (slurpee & soda) machines. Good job.
- All surfaces and equipment are in good working order, smooth, level, sealed and cleanable.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present or possess an equivalent certificate.
- Valid food permit and decal posted.
- All in order. |
