Observation: During time of inspection, the following observations were made:
1) Black plastic bags were used to cover food products
2) Some food containers require lids, was open to contamination during time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the following is corrected
1) Ensure to use plastic that is considered food-grade material for food products as these are guaranteed to be food grade
2) Ensure that ALL food products are kept covered and adequately sealed to product entry of pests

Observation: During time of inspection, slight accumulation of droppings around plastic containers holding chaat
- Plastic containers observed to be unaffected
- No food items observed to be affected
- Operator informed that pest control company employed
Corrective Action(s): - Droppings must be removed from facility and this area MUST BE CLEANED AND SANITIZED and droppings removed
- Continue to monitor for pest infestation, focusing on hard to reach areas
- Keep all food products covered to prevent entry of pests

- Hot holding unit maintaining food temperatures at >60C
