Follow up inspection completed to verify that violations, observed at routine inspection, have been corrected: - Ice machine has been cleaned to remove mold/mildew. Ensure the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized regularly as part of your routine schedule. - Floor under service counter/equipment has been cleaned. Improvement in sanitation is noted. - Bleach sanitizer solution (200ppm chlorine) present in spray bottle for sanitizing food contact surfaces, equipment (eg. ice machine) and customer tables.
