2. Grime/food debris observed on handles of coolers, counters and shelves throughout kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Wipedown counter frequently with spray bottle of sanitizer over 100ppm residual Chlorine (One ounce Cl/bleach to one gallon water concentration). Wipe down cutting boards with sanitizer between tasks. To be corrected by 27-Nov-2019.
2. Clean equipment and surfaces frequently. Wipe down counters often. Clean handsink/faucet and handles. To be corrected by 27-Nov-2019.
