Routine Inspection Conducted

1. Temperatures:
- Walk-in cooler at 0'C
- 2-door stainless steel freezer at -19'C
- 2-door stainless steel cooler at 4'C
- Sandwich cooler near prep area at 2'C (top and bottom)
- Sandwich cooler in pizza making station at 2'C (top and bottom)
- Thermometers available in cold-holding units

2. Sanitation:
- General sanitation of premises satisfactory
- Hand washing stations in staff washroom and throughout premises supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- QUATS sanitizer spray bottles measured at 200 ppm QUATS with test strip
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs for manual warewashring
- No signs of pests during inspection
- Ventilation hood above pizza oven in good sanitary condition. Operator mentioned the hood is cleaned once/week

3. Storage:
- All food observed at least 6 inches off the floor
- All food observed covered
- Time stamps available on food containers in walk-in cooler (first-in-first-out method in use)

4. Administration:
- FOOD SAFE Level 1 trained staff available on premises (expires Nov 10, 2022)
- Operating permit visible during time of inspection
