Upright cooler was re-serviced and it was at or below 4 degrees C (0.8 degrees C on the right side and 1.9 to 2.1 degrees C on the left side).
Please monitor refrigeration temperatures at least every 4 hours (twice per shift) and continue maintaining daily refrigeration temperature records to ensure all coolers are maintained at or below 4 degrees C / 40 degrees F.
