Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsinks.
Staff were properly washing their hands before handling food.

Coolers were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder.
Freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Hot-held food was 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter.
The person in charge mentioned that they cook patties to 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) or hotter.
A probe thermometer was available.
Staff were aware of monitoring the time for items (lettuce, cheese, and sauces) that are kept at room temperature for either 2 hours or 4 hours.
Temperature records were up-to-date.

Dishwasher final rinse was 72.3 degrees C (71 degrees C) or hotter at the plate.
200 ppm QUATS sanitizer was available in the bucket with wiping cloths.
Venthood was clean.
Food storage areas were generally clean and organized.
A pest control program via Orkin was in place on bi-monthly basis.

An informed dining inspection was conducted.
