General Comments Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towel and running water. Walk in cooler, mini cooler and prep cooler (three doors) were all under 4C Stand up and walk in freezer maintained -18C and below Sanitizer solution from spray bottle measured around 200ppm QUATS No evidence of pests at time of inspection Facility has three compartment sink, Reviewed manual ware washing with operator Pizza holding tracked with discard time of 1.5 hours after being made. Operator has valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate until May 2022
