Routine Inspection General Comments Dedicated handsink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold water Hot holding of soups and sauces were 64.8C and 70.9C, respectively Preparation cooler inserts were at 4.2C; lower section at 2.6C Upright 2 door cooler at 2.8C Storage room chest freezers were -19C to -25C Storage room upright coolers were both <4C Exhaust canopy maintained in sanitary condition. Ice machine is clean and scoop handle is kept out of ice. Labelled spray bottle measured 200 ppm of QUATS All refrigeration units equipped with working thermometer Temperature logs of equipment and internal temp of cooked foods are kept. Permit posted in plan view of the public. No signs of pest activity noted. Dishwasher measured 75.9C at the plate level. General sanitation is satisfactory. Microwave is clean. All baked goods were individually wrapped at time of inspection.
