Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A single-use disposable container was being used as a bulk food scoop.
Corrective Action(s): Discard this single-use disposable container. Use purpose-built scoops instead. All food contact surfaces, such as food scoops, must be made of material that is durable, non-porous, non-absorbent, and easy to clean.

- Coolers (walk-in, undercounter, two-way) is at < or = 4C
- Walk-in freezer is at < or = -18C
- Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure they are capable of maintaining food at 60C or greater.
- High temperature dishwasher is available. Final rinse temperature reached 71.7C at the plate level.
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available from dispenser
- Dry storage area is maintained
- Temperature monitoring is in place
- No signs of pests observed during inspection
