Health permit posted. Ensure to check if you received your invoice for permit fee.
Once decal is received, it must be stuck on the health permit to be valid.
Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Low temp dishwasher had chlorine residual of 100 ppm at plate surface.
Upright cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Kitchen staff has valid Food Safe 1 certification.
Bleach sanitizer used for counter top (100 ppm in spray bottle).
Upstairs storage:
Fridge cooler was at 2 deg C. Freezer above fridge was at -18 deg C.
Small deep freezer was at -19 deg C.
All food items stored on shelves and bulk items in containers with lid.
No pests observed at time of visit. Pest control monitoring in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
