Observation: No bottle of sanitizer could be located within the facility, there is a spray bottle labelled sanitizer which was tested, which is not bleach or Quats.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure there is food grade sanitizer that is used on surfaces and for warewashing. Update sanitation plan with what is being used and email EHO. Ensure sanitizer is on site at all times and all staff are aware of it's name and use. by Jan 24/24

Observation: All sinks in the facility must have hot and cold running water. Automatic hand sink on the way in is cool, 2 handsinks in the production area hot water taps are not operational and do not provide hot water.
Ensure hot water is also available at 3 compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure hot water is available at all sinks to ensure staff are washing their hands appropriately. by Friday Jan 24/24
