Corrective Action(s): Repair the glass washer so that IODIN 12.5- 25 ppm is dispensed at the final rinse.

Routine inspection

- Hand washing maintained. Recommended to use a paper towel dispenser so that roll of paper is not exposed to water splashed and possible contamination.
- Milk fridge measured at or below 4 degree C. Keep temperature monitoring log for cooling units with perishables such as milk, cream etc.
- Ice well observed clean.
