Corrective Action(s): Operator to go through all foods and discard and foods contaminated by the mouse droppings
Clean and sanitize with bleach (1/2 teaspoon bleach + 1 liter water) all areas with droppings
Any foods not contaminated MUST be stored in rodent proof containers with the lids on tight -elevate the foods off the ground >15cm on the shleves

Operator to halt all food production and close the premise immediately
Operator to hire a professional pest control for inspection -have the work report ready for review as a condition for re-opening
