Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fried fish and pork displayed in the hot holding units were not kept at 60C. Internal temperature were at 32C. Operator stated that the food products were just cooked 30 minutes ago. Both of the food products were re-cooked in the deep fried.

Ensure foods are properly cooked to 74C internally before being placed in the hot holding unit. Foods stored in the hot units must be kept at least 60C internally or higher.

Follow up inspection conducted
Premises was fumigated for cockroach treatment by pest company on Mar 29, 2018. The following areas were sprayed: cracks/crevices along baseboards in the kitchen, counter area, storage space, furnace, back of fridges, and walls.
A copy of the report is to be emailed to the health department. Continue to submit pest report for each service by pest control company.
Continue to monitor pest problem. On going fumigation may be required to rectify cockroach problem.
