Observation: -Noted shrimp thawing under cold running water at 3 compartment sink where sanitizer is dispensed --> Use food prep sink for food prep. Food can get contaminated at the 3 compartment sink (ie. dirty dishes and chemicals).

Comments

-Ice machine appeared clean. Dipper well was turned on with adequate pressure. Quat sanitizer at bar area in spray bottles.

-Soap not available at hand sink between water and coffee stations in the bar. Soap was relocated to another sink. Manager put back at time of inspection --> look into having a permanent soap dispenser installed to avoid this. Send picture of installed dispenser to the undersigned.
