-General sanitation of produce and store (including back storage/stock area) was satisfactory
-No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.

Produce Processing Area:
-Produce processing/juicing room 4C
-Handsink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
-Quats sanitizer (200ppm) present from dispenser at 3 compartment sink for manual warewashing and present in "kleen pail" for sanitizing surfaces
-Produce walk-in cooler 2C
-Reviewed cleaning/sanitizing procedures for juicing machine with staff. Machine appears clean.

Store display and storage areas:
-Display cooler temperatures were 4C or colder. Product level maintained product fill line in open display cooler.
-Display freezers were functioning and maintaining product in a frozen state
-Bulk food area appear clean and maintained with scoops stored in holder outside of bins
-Grocery walk-in freezer at -19C
-Dairy walk-in cooler at 2C
