Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Walk-in cooler registered at or below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer registered at -18 deg C. Line cooler was at 4 deg C. Sandwich display line was at or below 4 deg C. Hot holding for soups and meat balls was at or above 60 deg C. Temperature log was well-maintained. General sanitation was satisfactory. No signs of pests noted.
