Follow up inspection conducted:
General sanitation improved.
Front hand washing sink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Bleach sanitizer measured at 100 ppm as per test strip.
Staff with valid FoodSafe Level 1 on site. Operator plans to have more staffs certified with FoodSafe Level 1.
Hot holding unit (water bath) is not operational. Operator ordered a part to service the unit. Hot holding unit (unit with display window) will be used meanwhile. Temperature of this unit measured at 60C and higher.
Professional cleaning will be scheduled for kitchen hoods. Operator plans to notify the health unit once the schedule is confirmed.
