Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not filling with water or starting cycles. Three compartment sink available on site for manual dishwashing. Premise already only uses single use disposable dishware - continue this and do not use reusables.
Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher so it can properly wash, rinse and sanitize dishes. Due: Feb 3rd, 2020.
