Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food equipment not being sanitized after washing. Staff unable to located test strips. Bottles of sanitizer were empty.
Corrective Action(s): Dishes are to be washed and sanitized using the three compartment sink method. Staff were instructed on how to wash and sanitize food equipment using the three compartment sink technique. Signage also posted for staff reference. Dishes were sanitized at time of inspection. Locate and use test strips to verify the concentration of sanitizer. To be corrected immediately.

Observation: Staff belongings are being stored on top of the chest freezer. Boxes of food and items being stored directly on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): Provide a separate area away from food equipment for staff to store their belongings while onshift ( ie hooks/lockers). Provide racking or reorganzie so that all items are stored at least 6 inches off the ground to protect from contamination and for ease of cleaning. To be corrected within one week.

Observation: At time of inspection, there was no staff onsite with foodsafe certification.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that there is one person onsite at all times with foodsafe certification or equivalent in owners absence. To be corrected within two weeks.
