- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Pizza prep cooler, walk-in cooler and drinks cooler - all are measured less than 4C
- Freezers are functional- measured at -15C and -13C
- Three compartment sink is available for dishwashing
- Sanitizer solution measured at 100ppm bleach. NOTE: Label on the bottle is coming off, please label again
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Foodsafe certification verified
- General sanitation is satisfactory
