Corrective Action(s): Keep the door closed or install a screen door. Operator says they're getting an estimate for a screen door.

Observation: There is a lot of clutter around the kitchen. Some general cleaning is required.
Corrective Action(s): Items not used for the running of the business should not be stored on-site. Clean and wipe down the shelves in the kitchen, and in the dry storage room.

Comments

-Coolers are at 4 degC
-Freezers are at -18 degC
-Dishwasher rinse temperature is at 71 degC.
-Hand sink and washroom sinks are fully equipped
-200ppm Quats sanitizer is available for use
-City has not given approval for business to have seating, even though this has been approved on our end. The City is in discussions with the landlord with regards to meeting bylaws/regulations prior to giving approval.
-Wooden grinder is no longer being used to grind spices.
