General Comments Chlorine bleach sanitizer spray was too strong (200 ppm+). Diluted during inspection to 100 ppm = 1/2 tsp bleach in 1 L water Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel Glasswasher acheived 12.5 ppm iodine at glass level upon final rinse cycle (test strips) High-temperature dishwasher achieved 71C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer). Dishwasher must be run 3-4 times in order to come up to temperature before use. Coolers operating at </=4 C Freezers operating at </= -18C No hot-holding during inspection Pest traps out; no signs of pests observed Ice machine free of mould. *Clean and sanitize every 2-3 months Facility is in adequate sanitary condition
