Facility is currently closed until the summer. Equipment is maintained and turned on throughout the year -Handwash station fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water -All coolers are able to achieve 4C -All freezer units achieve -18C Note: any equipment not intended for use is to be removed from the facility -3 compartment sink is maintained and used appropriately. Drain plugs available. The sanitizer compartment recorded 50-100ppm via test strip -Dry storage is adequate and stored above 15cm -Washroom is sanitary -No signs of pest activity during inspection No signature required due to COVID-19 Report to be emailed to operator
