Comments

-Provide the invoice for the dishwasher leak repair within one week. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher reached 79 C at the plate level. No evidence of pests. Bleach solution was at 100 ppm. Invoices available for the fish onsite General sanitation was satisfactory.
