Quats sanitizer (spray bottle) measured 200 ppm - used on dining room tables.
Freezers registered -18 deg or below.
Upright cooler registered at or below 4 deg C.
Dishwasher final rinse temp. reached 77.6 deg C.
Temperature log was available and well maintained.
Staff on duty has Food Safe 1 training (certificate valid).
Counter tops, equipment and floor were in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests noted. Pest control monitoring is in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
Separate room (dry storage area):
Freezer was at -18 deg C.
All dry items (non-potentially hazardous foods) were stored off the floor.
Storage was in sanitary condition.
Garbage disposal area - no litter, odour or debris on the ground

except for the two items:
powdered hollaindaise sauce (Knorr) 20% trans fat
turkey stuffing (Kraft) 15% trans fat
These items were removed from premises immediately at time of inspection.
Number 3 of trans fat requirement has been corrected as of today.
Food exempt from the regulation includes:
  • Pre-packaged food with a Nutrition Facts table sold directly to the consumer without alteration
  • Food with the sole source(s) as naturally occurring trans fat (i.e. beef, sheep, lamb, bison and dairy products)
  • Employee lunches not purchased from the food service establishment
