- Discussed cleaning procedure for food equipment (milk shaved ice). Parts come off & are washed in the dishwasher.

ATTENTION:
1. Cloths shall be stored in a sanitizer bucket while not in use to allow enough contact time with the sanitizer solution. Do not leave them on the counters.
2. Label the sanitizer bottle.
3. Do not leave ice cream scoops in standing water. This may promote bacterial growth if the scoops become contaminated. Store the ice cream scoops in ice water, changed frequently.
