- New application form completed for ownership change in Aug 2019
- Facility is exempt from permit fee, only in operation for 14 days or less in a calendar year
- Facility not in operation at this time
- Potable water is now available. Water sample results from the dining shed were available for review
- Facility's operations for this year will be different than for previous years, due to Covid-19 pandemic
- Only the immediate kitchen area will be used. Floors in kitchen have been re-finished. Countertops are not stainless steel.
- Only one domestic cooler will be in use. Measured at <4C
- All dishes for food preparation will be manually washed and sanitized in large 2-compartment sink behind the kitchenette
- All dishes for patrons are single-use, disposable
- Hand sinks properly supplied with hand sanitizer
- Dining area also equipped with hand sinks
- Covid-19 safety plan is in place
- During this time, kitchen will only be serving onsite workers, less than 50 people per day

For correction:
- Serving window roll-up shutters to be installed
- Exposed wooden posts near serving window to be re-finished
- Flooring in other areas (storage, salad prep areas, etc) to be completed
