-prep area line cooler at 3.5 C
-windowed beverage cooler at 4 C
-pizza hot holding at 75 C
-chlorine sanitizer on site and in use at 100 ppm; separate bottle for re-filling available at 200 ppm
-no sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
