Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Premises has begun selling frozen meals that are being prepared off site. The meals are called "Fit Fusion Meals" and are being stored in a counter top upright freezer (at -9 deg C). Operator was not on site at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All meals must come from a permitted kitchen. Operator will need to provide verification that Fit Fusion Meals is an approved facility and is regularly inspected by a health authority. Until then, food products from this company must not be sold to the public.
A total of 3 boxes were found on site: Marinated Teriyaki Chicken meal, Bison and Pesto Meal, and Miso Glazed Salmon Meal. These items are to be put on hold until the above mentioned verification is provided.

2 compartment sink available with bleach onsite to sanitize blender + utensils
Ensure bleach spray bottle is available at ALL times (1/2 tsp bleach per 1 liter of water)
Disposable cups used
Chest freezer at -16 deg C
Mini-cooler with milk stored inside at 2.3 deg C
Washroom in sanitary condition.
Permit is posted with valid decal
Ice scoop is being stored in cup outside the ice box (ensure not to leave the scoop in the ice box as the handle can contaminate your ice)
Staff on site has indicated she is FoodSafe certified, ensure to obtain copy of certificate and keep it on site for verification
