Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deli slicer used the previous night was found to have dried food debris from the previous night on the sharpening guard and arm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure deli slicer is disassembled and thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use to prevent potential contamination of foods. Slicer was properly cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoop was stored inside a container of chicken broth powder.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner and not inside the ingredient container. Handle may contaminate foods. Scoop was removed at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top) and 3C (bottom).
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Bleach tested at 100ppm.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottle tested at 200ppm and properly labelled.
-Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-Canned foods were found to be in good condition.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
