Comments

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer bucket and spray bottles measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available for manual ware washing and vegetable washing.
Produce cooler, wet cooler, dry cooler, stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers and chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Food observed to be within expiration dates.

The following outstanding violatiosn in report#260170 have been rectified:
-Lights have been serviced in the emergency hallway corridor, upstairs washroom.
-Junction of floor at the refuse and dry storage area have been sealed.
-Updated floorplan submitted.
-Work table with cutting board available for vegetable trimming.

NOTE: All trimming must be conducted on worktable and not on 2-compartment sink drain board. Bleach spray bottles must be diluted with 1/2 teaspoon to 1L water.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
