-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -20C.
-Under counter coolers were at 4C or less
-Egg station under counter cooler was at 2C.
-Sandwich prep cooler was at 4C.
-Beverage cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy dispensers were at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 77C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Quats sanitizer pails were labelled and tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer is changed every 2 hours.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Ice machine was clean and sanitary.
-Spoon stored in a mixture of ice and water.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pests control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training valid.
