Routine inspection conducted.
- Handwashing sink equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk-in cooler#1 at <4C
* Kitchen/ pizza prep cooler at <4C
Kitchen stand-up freezer at -18C
* Small cooler below coffee making machine = 4C
* Back walk-in cooler (#2) = <4C
* Walk in freezer at -12C

- 3-compartment sink set up for manual dishwashing, 3rd compartment (sanitizing compartment) at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Low temperature dishwasher available, final rinse cycle dispensing at least 50ppm chlorine residual
- Chlorine test strips available for testing sanitizer concentration
- Bleach sanitizer for food contact surfaces, concentration at 100ppm
- Wiping rags stored in bleach solution bucket - good
- No indication of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- General sanitation of facility - Good
